1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum commercial order is 1 Air Freight Container, which is approximately 1200kg. We strictly supply commercial distributors and wholesale markets; we do not fulfill individual or retail orders.
2. Which mango varieties are available for export?
We specialize in supplying premium, export-grade Sindhri, Chaunsa, and Anwar Ratol. Mixed pallets can be arranged upon request, strictly depending on the current harvest schedule and availability.
3. How do you guarantee the fruit clears destination customs?
Every single shipment is rigorously inspected and certified by the Department of Plant Protection (DPP), Pakistan. We provide all mandatory export health and origin documentation to ensure zero-delay clearance at your destination airport.
4. How is the fruit treated before export?
To strictly meet international agricultural safety regulations, all export fruit undergoes specialized sap removal, washing, and mandatory Hot Water Treatment (HWT) at our facility prior to grading.
5. What Incoterms do you offer?
We offer flexible commercial logistics, providing both FOB (dispatched from Lahore or Karachi airports), C&F, and CIF (freight and insurance covered directly to your destination airport).
6. What type of packaging do you use for air freight?
Our export cartons are structurally engineered for international air transit. We utilize high-strength 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated cardboard with engineered ventilation to eliminate moisture buildup. Generally, commercial configurations are standardized in 1.2kg, 1.6kg, 1.8kg, 2.8kg, and 4.5kg boxes. Additionally, packaging sizes can be fully customized according to the customer’s specific requirements.
7. What is your estimated transit time?
We partner exclusively with top-tier carriers like Emirates and Qatar Airways. Our logistics protocols ensure once the shipment is dispatched, destination delivery will be within 24 hours.
8. How do you maintain temperature during transit?
Unbroken cold-chain integrity is our priority. The climate is strictly controlled from our blast coolers through to the aircraft cargo hold, ensuring the fruit arrives with maximum freshness and an extended commercial shelf life.
9. Can I request a specific harvest or delivery schedule?
Yes. Because we source directly from our own estates and manage the processing facility, we can align our harvest and dispatch schedules with your exact commercial volume requirements. Please detail your target dates when requesting a quotation.
10. What are your standard payment terms for commercial contracts?
Payment terms for commercial contracts require a 100% advance payment. Upon receipt of the full payment, your mangoes will be dispatched and delivered within 5 to 6 days.
